FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers about our signs, the COSTARS process, warranty, and more.
What is COSTARS and why does it matter?
COSTARS is Pennsylvania's cooperative purchasing program. As an approved COSTARS vendor, we're pre-vetted by the state — which means eligible municipalities, fire departments, and school districts can purchase from us directly without going through a competitive bid process. The result: less paperwork, faster timelines, and confidence in state-approved pricing. What is the warranty on your signs?
All our signs come with a comprehensive 5-year parts warranty. We stand by our American-made quality, and our team supports you through the full life of your sign.
Can you help with grant funding?
Yes. We have experience helping fire departments and municipalities identify and apply for grants that fund digital signage projects. When you reach out for a quote, let us know and we'll point you in the right direction.
How durable are the signs?
Our signs are engineered for Pennsylvania weather — from summer heat and humidity to winter snow, ice, and freeze-thaw cycles. The hardware is weather-sealed, vented properly, and built for long-term outdoor performance.
What is the process for getting a new sign?
It starts with a free quote. We'll discuss your location, frontage, zoning requirements, and goals. From there we provide pricing, recommend the right model, help with any grant paperwork, and coordinate the install and training. Most projects move from quote to install in weeks — not months.
Do you install outside Pennsylvania?
Our COSTARS approval applies to Pennsylvania purchasers, but we work with departments and municipalities throughout the region. Reach out and we'll let you know exactly how we can help in your area.
